Why Deputy DG NAB Zahir Shah resigned? Important Revelation reported

On Monday, Zahir Shah, the deputy chairman of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB), officially tendered his resignation from his position, as reported by sources within the accountability watchdog. In his resignation letter submitted to the NAB chairman, Shah attributed his departure to compelling personal reasons that rendered him unable to fulfill his duties.
However the sources have revealed that his resignation may be seen in continuation of the earlier resignation submitted by the Prosecutor General NAB a few days ago.
Notably, Zahir Shah boasts a history of key roles within the NAB, having previously served as the director general for NAB Rawalpindi and NAB Operations, in addition to his stint as the acting chairman of the organization.
It's worth highlighting that Zahir Shah's resignation comes on the heels of another significant departure within the NAB, where Asghar Haider, the prosecutor general, had also recently resigned. These developments within the NAB signify a period of transition and change within the organization, which plays a vital role in Pakistan's efforts to combat corruption and uphold accountability in public office.
The vacancies left by Shah and Haider will likely have implications for the NAB's operations and leadership structure, and it remains to be seen who will assume these crucial roles moving forward.
