PM Imran suggests income generation from govt land

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan says Pakistan sits on huge amounts of dead Capital in the Form of Government owned land with Buildings.
Imran Khan in a tweet said that ninety-percent of state-owned land in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab and Federal Areas have rest Houses and Official Residences built upon them.
Pm khan expressing his surprise added, over 34 Thousand Kanal is Rural and a little more than 17 thousand Kanal is Urban. PM said, just the Urban Land with buildings is worth over 300 Billion Rupees.
PM khan informed that Pakistan will have to borrow debt service fund & daily interest payment amounts to 5 Billion Rupees.
