JRL calls shutdown in Sopore on Friday

ISLAMABAD: Joint Resistance Leadership (JRL),in Indian occupied Kashmir, has urged the people of Sopore to observe shutdown on Friday as a protest against the gruesome killing of Hurriyat activist, Hakeem-ur-Rehman Sultani at the hands of Indian agencies.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the JRL comprising Syed Ali Gilani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Mohammad Yasin Malik in a hurriedly-called meeting held at Hyderpora in Srinagar expressed concern over the revival of custodial as well as the mysterious killings in Kashmir.
The JRL took an account of the report submitted by the nominated committee and the public revelations that the invisible hand of Indian agencies in the gruesome killing could not be ruled out.
