The Gold Exchange Association has made an important decision regarding the determination of gold prices.
According to media reports, there was an emergency meeting in Karachi's Gold exchange market regarding gold prices, in which representatives of the association, including market representatives, participated.
In the meeting, important decisions were made regarding the determination of gold prices. The Association announced that they would release rates in collaboration with Interbank starting from tomorrow.
According to the Gold Exchange Association, due to the Israel-Palestine conflict, there has been an increase in gold prices globally today. The spokesperson had said that due to the conflict, gold was not available locally in the Gold exchange market today.
Regarding the price of gold, the spokesperson stated that today, in the local foreign exchange market, the price of one tola of gold is 1 lakh 95 thousand 5 hundred rupees.
According to the spokesperson, in the market, gold had fallen to 1 lakh 88 thousand last week. It should be noted that in Pakistan, the price of 24-carat gold is now 2 lakh 2 thousand rupees per tola, while the price of 22-carat gold is 185,167 rupees per tola.
The price of 10 grams of 24-carat gold is 173,182 rupees, and 10 grams of 22-carat gold is priced at 158,751 rupees.
