NEW DELHI - Top Indian Muslim religious leader strongly reacts against Indian SC verdict on Babri Mosque case.
All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen chief Asaduddin Owaisi has expressed disappointment and dissatisfaction over Supreme Court's judgement in the Ayodhya case.
In a series of tweets, he said there was a mosque, for centuries, which has been demolished. He said the Muslims are being insulted by giving alternate land. He said that the fight is for legal right not for land.
Owaisi said if the Babri Masjid in Ayodhya was illegal why were BJP veteran LK Advani and others were tried for its demolition.
He said even today BJP and its ideological mentor Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh have a list of several mosques which they want to convert into temples.
