Suicide bombing in Helmand, Afghanistan

KABUL - Helmand security officials said a suicide bomber driving a Humvee detonated his explosives in Nawa district early Saturday morning.
According to officials the bomber tried to gain entry into an Afghan joint security forces coordination center in the district but before reaching his target he was spotted by security forces.
He then detonated his explosives.
Two army soldiers were wounded in the blast, officials said.
No further details were provided.
