Pakistan Maritime Security Agency arrests 55 Indian fishermen

 KARACHI - Pakistan Maritime Security Agency PMSA during an operation conducted Friday arrested 55 Indian fishermen near Pakistan’s coast for violating the maritime boundaries.

PMSA spokesperson said that 55 Indian fishermen were detained and their boats boats were also seized for fishing in Pakistan’s waters.

The detained Indian fishermen have been handed over to the Docks Police.

It should be mentioned that fishermen from both India and Pakistan are routinely involved in this arrest-and-release game.
