Interior Minister decides to raise JI BD  execution issue 

ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Ch. Nisar expressed his serious concerns over the execution of JI leader in Bangladesh and put the matter of executions before Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.


While highlighting the issue of Motiur Rahman death sentence and other leader’s execution before PM Nawaz, Interior Minister Ch. Nisar said that JI leaders are being treated against the international laws while it is an inhumane behavior of Bangladeshi government.


He further added that those JI leaders who are being targeted by Bangladeshi government, have only crime of loyalty with Pakistan 45 years ago.


While expressing his grief over the silence of international community, Ch. Nisar questioned that why international human rights organization are not taking action over the violation of human rights in Bangladesh.


According to Interior Ministry statement, while endorsing the stance of Interior Minister, PM Nawaz directed to form a clear policy over the matter with the mutual consultation of Interior ministry, foreign ministry and PM Secretariat.


Later Interior Minster Ch. Nisar also chaired joint meeting of all concern department in this regard while federal minister Pervaiz Rashid also participated in the meeting.
