ISLAMABAD, Jun 11 (APP): Yasin Malik released from detention in IHK in 29 years old clash
Chief of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) Chief, Muhammad Yasin Malik was released on Saturday from illegal detention of over two weeks in Indian Held Kashmir (IHK).
Muhammad Yasin Malik was arrested by Indian police on May 25 and was released on June 3. However, he was again arrested on June 4.
He was lodged at Srinagar Central Jail. The police had booked him in a case dating back to 1987, KMS reported.
"Yasin Malik appeared for a hearing in a TADA court today related to the 29-year-old case. He was released in open court," a JKLF spokesman said.
