Police Officer martyred in Rawalpindi in an overnight operation

RAWALPINDI - A Police Officer has been martyred in Rawalpindi, media has reported.
In Rawalpindi, Assistant Sub Inspector Riaz embraced martyrdom during an overnight operation against drug peddlers in the precincts of Wah Cantt.
According to spokesperson of Rawalpindi police, ASI Riaz was shot in the chest by the criminal elements. He succumbed to injuries at a local hospital.
