NA-154 bye-election: ECP issues notice to Imran Khan on code of conduct violation

ISLAMABAD:The Election Commission has directed PTI Chief Imran Khan to appear before Regional Election Commissioner By-Election NA-154 Lodhran-I today (Sunday) for violation of code of conduct for political parties and candidates for conduct of bye-election in NA-154.
According to ECP, a notice has been issued to Imran Khan and three other MNAs to explain their position with regard to violation of the code of conduct.
Earlier, Imran Khan, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Murad Saeed, and Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed addressed the party workers at Lodhran, which is a violation of the code of conduct.APP/AFP
