Punjab government announces subsidy on fertilizers

MULTAN (APP): The Punjab government announced subsidy, worth Rs 500 million on potassium fertilizers to facilitate farmers.
Acording to Punjab Agriculture sources on Saturday, the government was going to offer Rs 800 subsidy on SOP (Potassium Sulfate) per bag and Rs 500 on MPO (Muriate of Potassium) per bag.
The farmers would receive amount from any shopkeeper after showing code provided on the bages, sources added.
