One of the biggest bank robbery in history of Pakistan

MULTAN: Robbers looted Rs 9 crore from a government bank in Multan’s Shujabad Tehsil.
According to the police, six unidentified men entered the bank at 1pm without covering their faces and held the bank employees hostage. The robbers escaped in a car and motorcycle after the robbery.
The robbers also took the closed-circuit television (CCTV) footage of the incident with them, said the police.
The area was cordoned off soon after the incident.
The bank did not have strict security and only one security official was placed outside the bank, according to police officials.
The police claim that the suspects were members of a banned outfit.
