ISLAMABAD- Afghan President Ashraf Ghani has signed a decree to release a final batch of Taliban prisoners.
According to sources of the Afghan presidential palace, release of the remaining Taliban prisoners will pave the way for long-awaited peace talks to begin in Doha, Qatar on Sunday.
