After the success of the no-confidence motion in the National Assembly, the Senate link is also bracing for a massive change link of guards link in the coming days.
According to parliamentary sources, PTI’s Wasim Shahzad is no more leader of the house in the Senate link.
The new prime minister will inform Senate link chairman about the new leader of the house through a letter, the sources added.
The sources further elaborated that former prime minister and PTI Chairman Imran Khan will also covey to the Senate link chairman about the new leader of the opposition in the upper house of the parliament.
The 28 PTI senators in the Senate link will move to the Opposition benches while chairmanship of several Senate link will also be changed.
