CTD Multan arrests seven terrorists, recovered explosive material

MULTAN: Seven terrorists belonging to banned organizations were arrested by Counter Terrorism Depatment (CTD) here on Tuesday, CTD officials said.
A credible source conveyed information that seven terrorists were present at Severra Chowk Multan and had planned to attack vital installations in Multan.
Responding to the informaton, a CTD Multan team conducted raid near Severra Chowk Multan, and arrested seven terrorists and recovered seven hand grenades and explosives from their possession.
Those arrested included Hanif Ullah s/o M. Gul, Nasar Ullah s/o Fateh Khan, Mujahid Ullah s/o Fateh Khan, Baghi Khan s/o Yar Jan Khan, Roohullah s/o Mashooq Khan, Ismail s/o Bakht Muhammad and Shafeeq Khan s/o Gul Zaman Khan.
CTD Punjab spokesman said that FIR had been registered against the outlaws and investigation was underway. (APP)
