Blame Game intensifies between the PDM partners

In the prior government led by the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM), significant coalition partners including the Pakistan People's Party (PPP) and the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) engaged in a blame game regarding their failures.
Various PPP leaders were displeased by the criticism from PML-N leaders and conveyed their concerns to the top leadership. The PPP's top leaders are under pressure to respond to the verbal attacks from PML-N, but they haven't received permission to do so. The PPP leaders plan to address this issue in an upcoming session of the party's central executive committee (CEC).
They intend to request an explanation from PML-N leaders regarding their harsh statements. A PPP leader suspects that these statements reflect a party policy to shift blame onto the PPP. Additionally, the PPP leader lamented PML-N's lack of response to the smear campaign against their party. Asif Ali Zardari, former president and PPP co-chairman, expressed confidence in the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) in a statement released on PPP's social media.
