354 students from Occupied Kashmir arrive in Pakistan for University classes resumption

After the official announcement of the resumption of university classes across Pakistan post coronavirus lockdown, around 354 students from occupied Kashmir arrived in Pakistan via the Wagah border on Thursday.

The home ministry sent a list of students from occupied Kashmir to the concerned authorities at Wagah border — which has been opened exclusively for these students today.

As many as 75 Pakistanis who were detained in India due to the border closure are also returning to Lahore through the border today.

On March 14, India had suspended cross-border movement of passengers through the Attari-Wagah border after the COVID-19 outbreak.
