Afghanistan appoints new Intelligence Chief of NDS

KABUL - Afghanistan President Ashraf Ghani has appointed new Intelligence Chief of National Directorate of Security.
President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani on Monday introduced Ahmad Zia Siraj as the new acting chief of the Afghan intelligence, National Directorate of Security.
Ghani introduced Mr. Siraj during a ceremony which was organized earlier today.
Mr. Siraj was previously serving as the deputy operational chief of the National Directorate of Security.
Furthermore, Ghani introduced Ajmal Abedi as the new deputy operational chief of the National Directorate of Security.
