PM invites greater Saudi investment in petroleum, energy, livestock & agri sectors

Prime Minister Imran Khan has invited greater Saudi investment in petroleum, energy, livestock and agriculture sectors besides stressing to address the imbalance in bilateral trade. The Prime Minister said this in a meeting with Saudi Minister for Information Dr. Awwad Bin Saleh Al Awwad who called on him in Islamabad today.
The prime minister underscored the strong bilateral relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, which was a durable, broad-based and comprehensive partnership.
Expressing satisfaction at the pace of progress in bilateral relations, he called for sustaining the momentum through tangible progress on areas identified for bilateral cooperation.
The Saudi information minister expressed solidarity of Saudi leadership with the government and people of Pakistan. Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Information Minister Fawad Hussain Chaudhry were also present on the occasion.
Awwad Bin Saleh Alawwad conveyed message of felicitation to Prime Minister Imran Khan on behalf of Saudi Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman. He also invited the Prime Minister to visit Saudi Arabia.
