ISLAMABAD: Massive protests were held at Chicago against the worst human rights violations of minorities in India and occupied Jammu and Kashmir by Narendra Modi led Indian government.

Various organizations and individuals came together and held a sit-in outside the venue of World Hindu Foundation’s second World Hindu Congress meeting to be held in Chicago this week.

Sikhs, Indian Muslims, Dalits, Indian Christians and Kashmiris were part of the protest. The protestors urged Indian leadership including RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat to oppose the current actions of their government against minorities and Kashmiri people.

Protesters had sign boards and banners highlighting the atrocities committed against civilians in Kashmir.
