Former PM Shahid Khaqan Abbasi makes shocking statements over election transparency

Former Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has said that Imran Khan is in jail, and questions will arise about the elections. He stated that there is a demand for transparent elections, but it has never happened in the past.

Now that PTI Chairman Imran Khan is in jail, it is evident that questions will be raised about the elections. He mentioned that whenever elections are purposeless, he will not participate.

Speaking on a private TV channel, ARY News, he said that if there is pressure on PTI leaders, they can speak for themselves. If there has been any wrongdoing with anyone, the courts are there to address it.

I condemn anything that goes against the constitution and the law. He also mentioned that Usman Dar and Sadaqat Abbasi will tell where they were and who took them away in these many days.

Shahid Khaqan Abbasi emphasized that in the current circumstances, our party should demonstrate leadership. Otherwise, future elections will be purposeless.
