Plane crashed killing 16 people on board

A small passenger plane has crashed in Russia, killing 16 people and injuring seven others.
According to the Russian news agency, the L410 twin-engine plane crashed near the town of Menzi Linsk in the Russian region of Tatarstan.
The short-range light plane had 23 people on board, including about 20 skydivers.
