Inzamam ul Huq makes shocking claims about PCB

Former Chief Selector of the national cricket team, Inzamam-ul-Haq, stated that selection in Pakistan is not based on merit. After the cricket board formed an investigative committee, he resigned.
There are ongoing discussions about extensions, and attempts are being made to shift blame. Inzamam mentioned receiving an email from his lawyer urging PCB to invite them, but the board did not respond, and news of his resignation being rejected came from TV.
Inzamam claims the board is trying to cover up their actions, stating that the chairman came for a 4-month term, but now they have extended it by another 3 months. He emphasized that he is willing to take responsibility if the team performs poorly but is not seeking to escape.
Pakistan is still in the semi-final race. Inzamam highlighted the responsibility given to him and Babar Azam and expressed readiness to face the consequences if the team doesn't perform well. He mentioned resigning after the board formed an investigative committee.
Inzamam also referred to Saya Corporation overseeing player transactions, and the ICICI-approved tax-paying company. Inzamam recalled their involvement in making helmets for Saaya Corporation and clarified that no transactions have started with Yazo. PCB chairman assured Inzamam of resolving the matter.
