ANKARA - Turkey says its deal with Russia to buy S-400 missile defence systems has nothing to do with security of the United States.
In a televised speech at Diyarbakir city, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said it is very clear why Turkey has bought this air defence system and how it will be used.
The Turkish President's comments came a day after Washington warned Ankara of grave consequences if it goes ahead with the deal.
