The United Nations has warned of severe malnutrition for more than 2 million children in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
United Nations spokesman Jens Laerke told a Geneva briefing today that U.N. humanitarian chief Mark Lowcock will meet donors next week in the country where conditions in many areas are worsening.
He said now is the time to stay the course by delivering the urgently needed aid in Kasai region of Congo.
