Taliban announces ceasefire during Eid in Afghanistan

KABUL: In Afghanistan, Taliban have announced a three-day ceasefire during the Eid holidays at the end of this week.
The militants said foreign forces will be excluded from the ceasefire and operations against them will continue.
Taliban made their first offer of its kind, following a ceasefire announced by the government on Thursday.
