US delegation - Army Chief Meeting : Inside Tale

RAWALPINDI: US high level delegation led by US General John Nicolson called on Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif here at today in GHQ, Rawalpindi and discussed matters related to regional security situation.
As per ISPR, US Special Representative Richard Olson and President Obama Advisor Peter Lavoy were also present during the meeting. Matter related to Afghan peace process also come under discussion.
Speaking at the occasion, Army Chief General Raheel demanded to take action against Anti-Pakistan spy agencies including RAW and NDS which are creating destabilization in Pakistan.
He added that USA would have to take action against Taliban hideouts in Afghanistan in order to succeed in ongoing efforts against scourge of terrorism in region.
Army Chief also emphasized US delegation to take action against Mullah Fazalullah hideouts in Afghanistan.
Pakistan has clear stance against the menace of terrorism and support all efforts made in fight against terrorism, Army Chief added stating that both countries would have to make joint efforts in order to make region as heaven of peace.
