Karachi University teachers and Students to testify for having no links with banned outfits

KARACHI: Karachi University teachers and students will administer oath and testify for having no links with banned and extremist outfit as few students had been found involved in terrorists activities in past including Safoora Goth tragedy.
As per details, enrolled students data has been collected by Law Enforcement Agency while newly admitted students will have to fill forms in this regard.
Saad Aziz, student of Karachi University had been found involved in Safoora Goth carnage in which at 46 people were gunned down by terrorists in a bus.
Earlier last month, Chief of Army Staff singed on the black warrants of five hardcore terrorists including Saad Aziz involved in Safoora tragedy.
It had been stated by ISPR that all five terrorists were trailed in military courts and they also confessed their crimes before court.
