ECP reminds political parties to submit accounts’ statements for FY 2018-2019 July 10, 2020

ISLAMABAD-The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has reminded the political parties to file with the Commission their statement of accounts for financial year 2019-20 by 29th of next month.
In a press release issued on Friday, the Commission said a political party, under Section 210 of the Elections Act, 2017, shall submit to the Commission, within sixty days from the close of a financial year, a consolidated statement of its accounts containing annual income and expenses, sources of its funds and assets and liabilities.
