Aisha Farooq elected chairperson for Senate Committee on Rules

ISLAMABAD: Members of the Senate’s Committee on Rules, Procedures and Privileges on Wednesday unanimously elected Aisha Raza Farooq as the committee chairperson.
He name was proposed by Leader of the House in Senate Raja Zafarul Haq and endorsed by Khanzada Khan.
The newly elected chairperson thanked the members for reposing trust in her.
The post of committee chairperson became vacant due to the death of Sardar Azam Khan Musakhel. The committee members prayed for the late senator.
