In Occupied Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyet Conference (APHC) has said that India is not sincere in finding a peaceful and lasting solution to Kashmir dispute.
APHC Spokesman while commenting on the assertions made by senior Congress leader and former Indian Minister P Chidambaram, in a statement in Srinagar said Indian government is yet to accept that Kashmir is a disputed territory and not a law and order problem.
He said that it was Congress, which delayed the resolution of the Kashmir issue.
He said Congress leaders had pledged at national and international levels to resolve the issue by providing an opportunity to the Kashmiri people to decide their political destiny through plebiscite but they failed to honour their promise.
