Manama Dialogue: Pakistan to present security viewpoint to 20 states

ISLAMABAD: (APP) Adviser to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz is visiting Bahrain from December 10-11 to attend 'The Manama Dialogue', in which more than 20 counties are participating.
According to a statement issued by the Foreign Office spokesperson, Manama Dialogue is being organized jointly by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bahrain and British think tank, International Institute of Strategic Studies (IISS).
Crown Prince of Bahrain Salman Bin Hamad Al Khalifa will inaugurate the event. Besides ministerial level participation from several important countries, leading international opinion makers, experts, heads of organizations, and international media will also take part in The Manama Dialogue.
Sartaj Aziz will be a keynote speaker on 11th December at Manama Dialogue. He will present Pakistan's perspective on prevailing and emerging security challenges facing the region and the world at large.
Pakistan's Ambassador to Bahrain Javed Malik will be organizing the Adviser's bilateral meetings with the Foreign Minister of Bahrain, Shaikh Khalid Bin Ahmad Al Khalifa, and Ministers of other countries including Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the U.K., and Canada among others.
Sartaj Aziz will also meet the Secretary General of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).
