PAF F-7P fighter jet crashes, Pilot WC Shahzad martyred

MIANWALI – A pilot of Pakistan Air Force (PAF) has on Thursday embraced martyrdom when his plane crashed near Mianwali.
In a statement issued by the PAF spokesman, Wing Commander Mohammad Shahzad was on routine operational flight when the F-7 fighter aircraft he was flying encountered a technical fault and crashed in Mianwali.
The spokesperson further said that the body of the martyred pilot was recovered from the site and shifted to the base in Mianwali.
