Pakistani pacer Wahab Riaz breaks silence over reports of being deported from UK

Pakistan left arm pacer Wahab Riaz has responded to the reports of being deported from the United Kingdom. link

Earlier, it was reported that the Pakistani cricketer has been deported from UK.

Responding to the reports, Wahab Riaz said that he didn’t even travel to England. “How can I be deported from the UK if I did not go there? I’ve been in Lahore with my family,” he said.

He added that he is preparing himself to participate in The Hundred. “The Hundred training is underway, and my body is adjusting well. I am full of self-assurance and am backing myself heavily to do well in the event,” Wahab added.

Wahab Riaz will be representing the Northern Superchargers in The Hundred. He was picked by the franchise for 75,000 pounds.
