16,000 suspected terrorists arrested in last five years: How many convicts and death penalties?

ISLAMABAD - Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs) have arrested more than sixteen thousand persons on charges of their involvement in terrorist activities across the country during last five years.
According to the data issued by Interior Division in Islamabad on Sunday, more than twenty five hundred persons were convicted and awarded punishment during this period.
The data shows that three hundred seventy six persons were awarded death penalty in the country during last five years.
