Director General Audit (Defence) dismissed

ISLAMABAD (APP): Auditor General of Pakistan Rana Assad Amin, in exercise of powers conferred upon him by the government has been dismissed Farrukh Abbas Malik an officer of Pakistan Audit and Accounts service (PAAS) presently posted as Director General Audit (Defence), Rawalpindi from service with immediate effect.

The officer was found guilty of the charge of "Misconduct".
Muhammad Azhar a BS-20 officer has been posted as Director General Audit (Defence), in his place and taken over the charge, a notification issued by the AGP said.
