PTI Chairman Imran Khan's demand fulfilled by Special Court

The Adiala Jail administration has demolished the wall in front of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan's barrack. The jail authorities claim that they have provided Imran Khan access to the garden in front of the barrack. Imran Khan was granted permission to use a walkway.

During today's hearing of the cipher case against Imran Khan, he protested in front of the judge for not being allowed to exercise, stating that he only wants facilities as per the jail manual, including the permission for exercise and movement.

In response to Imran Khan's protest, Special Court Judge Abul Hassanat Zulqarnain went inside the jail and visited Imran Khan's barrack. Afterward, the judge ordered the Adiala Jail authorities to break down the wall in front of the barrack so that Imran Khan could have access from the barrack to the garden. The barrack was clean and tidy, and Imran Khan's single request was fulfilled.

Imran Khan's lawyer, Sheer Afzal Marwat, spoke to the media after the Adiala Jail hearing and said that they are challenging today's order. In today's proceedings, the judge attempted to have bitter conversations with PTI Chairman, which was not his right.

Today, Judge Fazil provided many reasons for implementing his order, as he wants to charge Imran Khan with an individual crime. We did not sign the charge sheet; Imran Khan stated that he does not trust the judicial system, so he will not sign it. The PTI Chairman stated that he is being treated as a terrorist even though he has not mistreated anyone.
