PM Nawaz Sharif at Sargodha airbase to witness PAF 'High Mark' air exercises

SARGODHA (APP): Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif arrived at the Pakistan Airforce's Mushaf Ali Mir airbase here on Wednesday to witness the PAF's "High Mark" air exercises.

The Prime Minister, upon arrival, was received by Chief of the Air Staff, Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman and senior officers of the PAF. Defence Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif accompanied the Prime Minister.

He was presented a guard of honour and salute by a smartly turned out contingent of the Pakistan Air Force.

The Prime Minister also reviewed the parade.

The Prime Minister witnessed the fly-past of a formation of the F-16 fighter aircraft.

Later, the Prime Minister had a group photo with air crew and interacted with the troops.

He congratulated the troops on the successful culmination of the exercises conducted every four year to enhance the operational preparedness of the Air Force.

PAF Chief  Sohail Aman meets Chinese Defence Minister  

He will be given a comprehensive briefing on the successful culmination of the High Mark exercises as well as the objectives achieved.
