India aims to sell BrahMos supersonic cruise missile : Report

NEW DELHI: Media sources claimed that India wants to sell advanced cruise missile system BrahMos to several countries including Vietnam, Indonesia, South Africa, Chile and Brazil.
Media claimed that Indian government asked BrahMos Aerospace to boost sales of supersonic missile to specific countries.
Sources claimed that India wants to boost revenues and defence relations with these countries as well.
BrahMos is an Indo-Russia joint venture supersonic missile.
It is also reported that India is considering to deliver Brahmos missiles armed warship to Vietnam instead of just missiles.
India is to become the member of NSG and MTCR under which it will be able to sell nuclear equipment and ballistic missiles under the range of 300 km.
