Baghdad resonates with deadly suicide bombings

BAGHDAD: Two separate suicide car bombings claimed at least 27 lives and injured over 70 people.
As per report, an attack took place in a Shiite majority commercial area that killed at least 15 people and left 35 wounded.
While 12 people including seven Iraqi soldiers were killed and dozens wounded in another suicide attack when the bomber targeted an army checkpoint with his explosive-laden car.
Notorious militant group ISIS claimed the responsibility of terror attacks in two different online statements.
The incident happened days after Iraqi forces pushed ISIS in the city of Fallujah in a military offensive that was launched last month.
