All legal requirements to be fulfilled on return of Nawaz, Maryam: Zafar

ISLAMABAD: Caretaker Information Minister Syed Ali Zafar has stressed to conserve and utilize irrigation water wisely to tackle the water crisis.
Addressing a "Meet The Press" program at Lahore Press Club in Lahore this evening,he said that most of our water is wasted into sea every year.
Information Minister said the caretaker government will prepare a working paper with proposals for tackling the water issue and this plan will be presented to the incoming government.
He urged to allocate more funds in the budget for building dams.
Replying to a question, Syed Ali Zafar said that law is equal for all and implementing courts verdicts is responsibility of the Caretaker Government.
He said all legal requirements will be fulfilled regarding the arrest of former Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and Maryam Nawaz on their return.
To another question, he said general elections will be held in time on 25th of this month, despite the recent verdict against Nawaz Sharif.
To a question, he said the Caretaker Government will continue to share the Code of Conduct of Election Commission of Pakistan for elections with media.
He said that foreign media should also see the transparent holding of upcoming general elections.
Answering a question,Syed Ali Zafar said that print media can easily meet the challanges of social media by publishing credible information and news.
