ISLAMABAD (APP): NDMA Chairman Major General Asghar Nawaz Saturday directed the officials of National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) to despatch 30 tons of wheat for the flood affected people of Chitral on Saturday.
According to Radio Pakistan, he issued the directives during a visit to the flood hit areas of Chitral, including Ursoon village, to monitor the relief and rehabilitation work there.
He was accompanied by Director General Provincial Disaster Management Authority Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and civil administration officials.
