Afghanistan government claims killing Taliban Military Commission Chief

KABUL - In Afghanistan, Taliban’s Military Commission Chief Mawlawi Sahar among eight fighters of the group has been killed in a military operation carried out by Afghan forces in Ghazni province.
The Ministry of Interior said in a statement the operation was conducted in Qara Bagh district last night.
The statement said that two Taliban fighters were killed in a separate operation in Muqur district in Ghazni.
