Stressing the need to realise the potential of tourism and investment in Pakistan, Qureshi said that the committee would strive to make the e-visa policy more effective and result-oriented, besides presenting its recommendations to the federal cabinet for approval.

The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) chairman on the occasion briefed the meeting on the huddles being faced in the country’s visa policy. He informed that the e-visa policy has been functional for the past one-and-a-half-year in Pakistan.
