Opposition in NA stages walk out on PIA privatization ordinance

ISLAMABAD: Opposition parties boycotted the National Assembly Session over the Privatization of PIA and new taxes. All opposition parties staged protest and walkout from National Assembly. As per details, opposition leader Khurshid Shah criticized the policies of government and said government wants to damage federation. He said government assured us that government would not privatize PIA but presidential ordinance has prepared for privatization. PTI leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that if government does not privatize PIA then we are ready to guide government for reforms. Sheikh Rashid said that Ishaq Dar is incompetent and ineligible accountant. Finance Minister Ishaq Dar will call on parliament’s leader of all parties in Speaker Chamber and give briefing regarding the privatization and new taxes.
