Japanese envoy lauds PM Imran's vision for promotion of tourism

Information Minister Chaudhry Fawad Hussain has said that Pakistan is desirous of further strengthening its bilateral relations with Japan.       

In a meeting with Japanese Ambassador Kuninori Matsuda in Islamabad, he said that Pakistan is an attractive destination of the foreign investment and there is an ample scope for more cooperation in fields of film, culture and joint production.     

He said that Japan enjoys a distinguished place in the world in terms of technological advancements and Pakistan can benefit from Japan's expertise.     

He said that the government envisages establishing a media university having faculties of performing arts, technical schools, and training facilities.     

The Japanese Ambassador appreciated Prime Minister Imran Khan's vision for promotion of tourism in Pakistan.

He said Tokyo is desirous of increasing cooperation with Islamabad in the fields of education, sports and culture.
