Local court adjourns Baldia Town tragedy case till May 2

KARACHI: The hearing of Baldia Town tragedy case was held here at today in local court of Judicial Magistrate West while Special Public Prosecutor Khalid Mahmood Sheikh and former investigation officer Jahanzaib were also present during the hearing.
As per details, Baldia Town tragedy case has been adjourned by court till May 2. During the court proceeding, former investigation officer told court that he is even unable to walk due to illness.
He also informed the court that concerned departments had also been told about his poor health condition while he had been advised by doctors for complete bed rest.
On the excuse of former investigation officer, local court expressed its displeasure saying that everyone comes to the court due to obligation and no one comes to the court with pleasure.
Court asked former investigation officer that he should take leave and take best rest in house.
