NEW YORK – Trump-administration had thwarted Pakistan’s endeavour aimed atslapping sanctions on notorious terrorist and chief of bannedJamaat-ul-Ahrar (JuA) Omar Khalid Khorosani, a terrorist outfit involved inmyriad acts of terrorism across Pakistan.

Pakistan had suggested to impose sanctions on Omar Khalid Khorosani undersection-1267 of United Nations (UN). The resolution tabled by Pakistan wasrejected by Trump-led U.S. administration.

Sources privy to foreign ministry said that Pakistan had tabled first suchmotion on 6th of July, 2017 which got rejected on 4th of May, 2018.However, Pakistan will reinitiate its effort aiming at slapping sanctionson Khorosani.

Diplomatic staffers—stationed in UN—have been left flabbergasted byTrump-administration’s dubious role in WoT.

It is worth here to mention that Jamaat-ul-Ahrar has been declared as aterrorist outfit by United Nations whereas the lethal outfit has claimedresponsibility of numerous terrorists attack in Pakistan.
