CJP Bandial once again on the receiving end of Maryam Nawaz's criticism

Pakistan Muslim League (N) senior vice president and chief organizer Maryam Nawaz Sharif has once again criticized Chief Justice of Pakistan Omar Ata Bandial. While tweeting on the social media platform Twitter, she said that Mr. Omar Ata Bandial the idealists, sacrificed justice for the sake of the mother in law. Maryam Nawaz further expressed her sorrow.
It's worth noting that Chief Justice Omar Ata Bandial of the Supreme Court retired a few days ago. Justice Omar Ata Bandial took the oath of office as Chief Justice on February 2, 2022. President of the country, Arif Alvi, administered the oath to Justice Omar Ata Bandial. After retiring from the position of Chief Justice, Justice Omar Ata Bandial had taken the oath previously held by Chief Justice Gulzar Ahmed.
The nominated Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Faiz Isa, will take the oath of his office on September 17, 2023, after the retirement of Chief Justice Omar Ata Bandial. President Arif Alvi had approved the appointment of Justice Faiz Isa as the Chief Justice of Pakistan, and the notification for Justice Faiz Isa's appointment as Chief Justice of Pakistan was also issued. Justice Faiz Isa's appointment as Chief Justice of Pakistan will be effective from September 17, 2023. The current Chief Justice of Pakistan, Omar Ata Bandial, is set to retire on September 16, 2023, and President Arif Alvi will administer the oath of office to Justice Faiz Isa on September 17, 2023. Justice Faiz Isa is the most senior judge of the Supreme Court and will become the 29th Chief Justice of Pakistan.
